More On Donations

This is not a charity therefore not governed by charity laws. The donation is optional and it is your choice to do so, if you do donate then you, therefore, agree to the following terms:

The payment is classed as a donation, you may not charge back donations via PayPal.

Anything given is a virtual item.

Any charge backs are prohibited.

When donating you are NOT purchasing a product, we simply give you extras in the game if you wish to donate.

Abuse of purchased items in-game can be a cause for those purchased items to be revoked (Such as using grappling hooks in the Venator)

We operate a strict no refunds policy. If you are banned or demoted in-game, privileges will be removed, no questions. We will only ever refund somebody if we decide it necessary.

If you are given a special item in a custom class (such as a tac insert, flamethrower, grappling hook, or jump pack) and it is abused, it will be taken away from you.

You agree to any changes in the ToS. It is your responsibility to be kept up to date.

You are responsible for all donation transactions, including unauthorized transactions.

Any rules broken in-game, written or not, will automatically deny you of packages donated for. Rules being broken such as, extreme cursing, mass rdming (kill players), lying to staff, harassment of players/staff, racist / sexist comments, failrp (not following given RP rules) or instigating problems are some examples of rules on the server. For a full list, you may speak to the Owner or C.O.S.

If you purchase a custom class, regiment, Jedi, or any donation-related items and are deemed inactive, it has a chance of being taken out and not being added back in.

If you donate for Jedi and are inactive for 2 weeks your slot will be removed.

If you donate for a Teamspeak channel and are inactive for 2 weeks your channel will be removed.

If you purchase a custom class or regiment, you should understand it may take up to two months for it to be done; though, highly unlikely. You fully understand this when donating for it. The usual wait for a class is one week and regiments may vary depending on how many there are.

If you donate for a regiment and have not spoken with the owner or C.O.S. and have approved your request, the regiment will not be given. You fully understand this when donating. Always make sure it is approved by the Owner or C.O.S.

You are still subject to all the same rules as a normal player.
